Wages growth eases to 3.6 per cent over the year to June, reducing fears of a so-called wage-price spiral. Most Australian workers continue to go backwards with pay packets lagging behind inflation.


ABC News sat down with people2people NSW Managing Director Catherine Kennedy to discuss the increase in workers being reluctant to change jobs without a decent rise in salary, at a time when employers are becoming more cautious.
