STRIDE Awards

We proudly recognise and reward the passion, dedication, and outstanding contributions of our team through the annual STRIDE Awards. This event celebrates those who truly embody our STRIDE values and make a meaningful difference throughout the year. 


Each month, every employee can nominate a colleague who has demonstrated one or more of these values. Winners from each branch are then announced and honoured at the awards ceremony, creating a culture of appreciation and recognition across the company. 


Promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion

We are an equal opportunities employer and have policies, procedures and relationships in place to promote our understanding of all forms of diversity. In 2021, we formed employee-led groups to promote DEI, CSR, wellbeing, and IT, with wellbeing surveys to identify key areas needing support.

Internally over the last few years, we also implemented:

  • Acknowledgement of Country to our website and any Live events, including our weekly company-wide meeting
  • Processes to assess candidate diversity to ensure we promote DEI to our customers
  • Diversity statement to all our job ads
  • Celebration of the uniqueness of our people with the spotlight on one employee every week
