Our commitment to employee wellbeing
Employee wellbeing initiatives that make a difference
"people2people have so many different initiatives in place to care for our people and we understand that we all have a life outside of work. Over the last few years especially, we believe that mental health and physical health is really important and being given those opportunities to speak up when you are feeling down."
Employees wellbeing is important to us, and we support our team in maintaining their mental and physical health.

Why work at people2people
"people2people began back in 2005 with the vision of building an agency that valued long term relationships with job seekers and clients rather than focusing on that quick ‘transactional’ fix.
I started out as employee number 7, and to be able to be a part of our incredible business growth over the last decade and half has been a privilege. We have expanded to 11 offices across both Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom with over 130 employees.
Our growth journey across Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom is built on the respect that we have for not only our clients and candidates but also for our own consultants."
Catherine Kennedy, NSW Managing Director
