The opportunity
As an Account Director, you’ll take ownership of strategy, performance, and client relationships across a growing portfolio of wellโknown brands and organisations. You’ll be supported by strong creative leadership and offshore teams who assist with design, media, and broader campaign delivery. This senior role is focused on driving commercial outcomes, providing strategic oversight, and leading highโvalue client partnerships.
Selection criteria:
- Relevant tertiary qualification coupled with proven experience in a senior Account Director role within the digital marketing space
- Proven experience in working both strategically and operationally on campaigns while managing client expectations and process deliverables
- Experience in managing multiple clients and projects
- Highly developed communication / interpersonal skills with proven stakeholder engagement skills
- Computer literate - familiar with Click Up or Airtable highly advantageous
