About the Role
As the Partnership & Client Growth Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of clients while building partnerships that generate new business opportunities. Your focus will be split across two key areas:
  • Partnerships & business development. Identifying qualified prospects, running workshops, building pipelines, and nurturing relationships with decision makers.
  • Client management & growth. Retaining clients, ensuring campaign clarity, negotiating budgets, identifying upsell opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver strong results.
Success in this role means maintaining a profitable, stable client portfolio while driving continuous account growth and expanding the network of strategic partners.

Experience Needed
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
  • Proven experience in client management, partnerships, or business development
  • Strong commercial acumen and confidence in navigating revenue and negotiation conversations
  • Demonstrated ability to retain and grow client accounts
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify marketing outcomes and present to clients

This role is offering up to $80,000 + super + comms. OTE year 1, $105,000, 2nd year $120,000, 3rd year $150,000+.
