This is a rare opportunity for an Architect with strong commercial fit-out experience to step in-house and influence how spaces are designed, leased and experienced. You’ll work across a diverse portfolio, partnering closely with Leasing, Property and Projects teams to deliver smart, functional and future-focused environments.
Your Impact
- Shape the design and functionality of commercial assets across upgrades and refurbishments
- Create test-fit and space planning solutions that directly support leasing outcomes
- Ensure all tenancy fit-outs meet compliance, operational and base-building requirements
- Contribute to asset repositioning and long-term value creation strategies
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing concept layouts and space plans for commercial office environments
- Reviewing tenant fit-out submissions and managing approval processes
- Supporting capital works and refurbishment projects from design through to delivery
- Coordinating with external architects, consultants and project teams
- Ensuring compliance with NCC, BCA and relevant Australian Standards
- Providing architectural insight to improve building performance and tenant experience
What You’ll Bring
- Experience within commercial office environments
- Proven experience in tenancy fit-outs and space planning
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks (NCC, BCA)
- Ability to balance design outcomes with commercial objectives
- Confident stakeholder management across internal teams and external partners
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential), with Revit or SketchUp highly regarded
