The organisation
People2people are excited to be partnering with a highly recognisable brand who is a market leader in their niche space to source an additional Area Operations Manager for their Brisbane team. Being part of their team means you are focused on providing a seamless experience for their customers – displaying care, integrity and accountability.
The opportunity
Reporting to the Business Manager, you’ll join a strong national team of Area Operations Managers, overseeing your own portfolio of sites. You’ll be the key link between operations, clients, and employees—managing relationships, compliance, safety, and customer experience while supporting sites and driving outcomes.
Selection criteria
- Tertiary qualification in Business highly desirable
- Proven experience in multiโsite operations with strong commercial and financial acumen
- Management experience within clientโservice industries (hospitality, logistics, facilities, field services or similar) essential
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated stakeholder management capability
- Current QLD driver’s licence and ability to travel for day trips as required
