Ready to step into a role where numbers actually matter? A respected building solutions provider near Fairfield is looking for an Assistant Business Analyst
who can own financial reporting, data analysis and process improvement from day one.
This is not a back-office role. You will be in the thick of decision-making, helping the business run smarter, faster and better.
What you’ll actually do
- Assist with driving month-end close, including journals, accruals, reconciliations and keeping the ledger clean
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, management reports and support budgeting and forecasting
- Analyse data to spot trends, risks and opportunities, then translate the numbers into clear business insights
- Collaborate with Operations and Sales to turn insights into action
- Find ways to automate reports and improve processes
You’re the one if you
- Have relevant Accounting, Finance or Business Analysis experience
- Are familiar with month-end procedures
- Have advanced Excel skills, along with Power BI
- Can translate numbers into real business insights
- Are CPA or CA qualified, or currently studying
- Experience in construction, building materials or trade supply is a bonus, but not essential
