Reporting to the Administration Manager and Partner, you will join a small, highโperforming administrative support team. Your responsibilities will include opening and closing client files, being the first point of contact for client administrative queries, collating documentation, maintaining compliance registers, managing records, and providing general administrative support as needed.
Selection criteria:
Previous experience within a similar role – Client Services / Administrative support
Experience within the accounting, financial services industry experience preferrable
Advanced communication skills with proven stakeholder experience
Previous experience working with the ATO portal and ASIC compliance documentation
Highly attention to detail, customer centric approach and focused approach
