The Firm A well-regarded national commercial law firm with a strong presence in Perth is seeking a Commercial Litigation Lawyer (2-4 years PQE) to join its growing team.

The Role This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing commercial litigation team with a strong pipeline of work. You will work across a broad range of commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, professional negligence, insolvency and regulatory matters. The role offers strong exposure to complex litigation and the opportunity to learn from highly experienced litigators. Your work will include:
Assisting on a range of commercial litigation matters
Drafting pleadings, court documents and correspondence
Advising on dispute resolution strategy
Preparing matters for mediation and court proceedings
Working closely with senior lawyers on complex disputes
The Candidate
2-4 years’ experience within a similar position
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude
