The Firm
A WA boutique law firm specializing in Property, Commercial, and Wills & Estates is expanding and has an exciting opportunity for two Commercial Litigation Lawyers to join their team.

The Roles
We have two exciting opportunities to join a well-regarded boutique law firm. You will work across a broad range of commercial disputes and litigation matters, with exposure to complex claims, dispute resolution processes, and court proceedings. The team handles a variety of matters including insurance disputes and sensitive historical sexual abuse claims, offering strong experience in damages assessment and litigation strategy. These roles provide excellent exposure to complex litigation matters within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Your work will include:
• Managing a range of commercial litigation matters from early advice through to resolution
• Drafting pleadings, court documents, and legal correspondence
• Advising clients on litigation strategy, dispute resolution, and risk management
• Assisting with complex matters including historical sexual abuse claims and damages assessments
• Preparing matters for mediation, settlement discussions, and court proceedings
• Collaborating with senior lawyers and clients to deliver practical, strategic legal advice

The Candidates
Senior Commercial Litigation Lawyer (5+ years PAE)
- Experienced litigation lawyer with strong commercial disputes experience
- Ability to manage complex matters independently
- Experience in insurance litigation or damages assessment highly regarded but not essential
- Exposure to sensitive and complex claims
- Confident managing files and advising clients
- Contributes to the development and growth of the practice
- Junior lawyer with experience or strong interest in commercial litigation and dispute resolution
- Exposure to insurance matters highly regarded but not essential
- Eager to develop litigation and dispute resolution skills
- Interested in working closely with senior practitioners
- Opportunity to gain experience across a range of commercial dispute matters
