The opportunity
Reporting to the Operations Credit Manager, you’ll join a new, highโimpact team focused on exceptional service and growing the Brisbane market. You’ll proactively manage overdue accounts, reduce credit risk, and support healthy cashflow while handling highโvolume calls and providing tailored solutions.
Selection criteria
- Demonstrated experience in a high-volume contact centre environment
- Proven experience in collections, credit or financial services working in a high compliance environment essential
- Strong systems capability – MS 365, CRM platforms
- Highly advanced communication (verbal / written) skills
- Resilient, empathetic approach – with active listening skills essential
