The firm is looking for a Conveyancer to join its existing conveyancing team.
The Role
As a Conveyancer, your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Managing conveyancing transactions from start to finish, including contracts, reviews and exchanges
- Preparing contracts for sale and post-exchange documentation
- Handling settlements and lodgements through PEXA
- Advising clients on legal requirements and changes
- Coordinating with mortgage lenders, developers and other parties
- Performing other duties as needed to support the process
About You
To be considered a suitable candidate, you must have:
- A minimum of 3 years’ conveyancing experience gained through managing your own files
- Strong organisational skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and time constraints practically and effectively
- The ability to build rapport with clients
- A proactive approach to progressing matters through to completion
