We are recruiting for a respected professional services firm in central London who are seeking a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager to take ownership of a varied client portfolio and support on advisory mandates.

The Opportunity

Manage your own portfolio of corporate tax clients, leading compliance delivery end‑to‑end.
Review corporation tax computations, returns and supporting documentation.
Handle HMRC correspondence and enquiries, ensuring timely, accurate responses.
Support advisory projects including share schemes, EIS applications and transaction‑related work.
Contribute to the development and supervision of junior team members.
Collaborate closely with colleagues across audit, accounts and advisory.

Key Requirements

Qualified in ACA or CTA (or equivalent) with corporate tax experience.
Strong understanding of UK corporation tax compliance and relevant legislation.
Ability to review computations, disclosures and deferred tax workings.
Confident communicator, comfortable handling client queries.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Experience with Alphatax is beneficial but not essential.
Comfortable working both independently and within a team environment.
