This growing business is expanding and is now looking for Customer Experience (Sales Support) Consultants to join their friendly team in Oakleigh. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with real pathways to long-term career development.

About the Role
As a Customer Experience Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, retailers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring every interaction is smooth, supportive, and solution-focused.
You will:
  • Manage high-volume inbound calls and emails, delivering exceptional end-to-end customer support
  • Handle order processing, tracking, and follow-ups using Pronto, SAP, or other ERP software
  • Resolve customer enquiries, including more complex issues that require judgment and quick thinking
  • Support Account Managers with troubleshooting, updates, and customer resolutions
  • Coordinate inventory, dispatch, and warehouse communication
  • Maintain accurate customer records and uphold a highly professional service standard across all touchpoints
About You
You thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and bring:
  • Experience in customer service, inbound/outbound call centres, sales support, or internal sales
  • Strong communication skills and a confident, friendly phone manner
  • Ability to handle high call and email volumes while staying organised and composed
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and learning
  • Experience using Pronto, SAP, or similar ERP systems
  • Strong Outlook and Microsoft Office skills
What’s on Offer
  • Salary:$65,000 + super (temp equivalent paid during the contract period)
  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–4:30 pm (occasional Saturdays with overtime)
  • Location: Oakleigh – free onsite parking

  • Opportunity to go permanent after 3–6 months, depending on performance
