What you’ll be doing:
Handling 40-50 customer enquiries per day across calls, email and live chat
Managing order enquiries and liaising with delivery teams and customers
Managing cases through Zendesk and internal systems
Maintaining accurate customer data and order information
What You’ll Bring:
Customer-facing experience from retail, hospitality, or contact centre environments.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail, especially in data entry.
A quick learner who enjoys picking up new systems and tools.
A genuine enthusiasm for animals is a big plus!
This is a full-time role, Sunday to Thursday, based in Macquarie Park.
