An established and highly regarded national organisation within the FMCG sector is seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their team on a temporary basis. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role suited to someone who is proactive, organised, and confident managing multiple priorities.
About the Role
Working within a busy customer service team, you will be responsible for processing and managing a high volume of customer orders and enquiries. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to meet strict daily cut-off times, and confidence using CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities
Processing a high volume of customer orders (approximately 80% via email, 20% via phone)
Accurate and timely order entry into Salesforce
Managing daily order cut-offs
Responding to general customer enquiries
Order tracking and follow-ups
Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
About You
Previous experience in a high-volume customer service or order processing role
Salesforce experience is essential
Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
Confident managing competing priorities and tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
