About the Role
As a Customer Service team member, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with enquiries, product information and solutions to their challenges. You will work closely with colleagues across different teams to resolve issues efficiently and ensure a smooth, positive customer experience.
This role is more than just answering calls or emails. You will build relationships, provide guidance and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and service standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, tracking enquiries and ensuring follow-ups are completed.
