Data & Reporting Manager
An exciting opportunity has emerged with a wellโestablished ASXโlisted organisation for a Data & Reporting Manager to take ownership of enterprise reporting, strengthen data governance practices, and oversee delivery of a major Data Warehouse project.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining handsโon technical capability with leadership, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.
About the Role
Manage and mentor a small team of Analysts, providing dayโtoโday support and technical guidance.
Lead the delivery and project management of a Data Warehouse implementation.
Oversee data management, governance, controls, and standardisation across the reporting function.
Partner with Finance team to ensure highโquality data flows and efficient reporting processes.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reporting structures, and data models that support strategic decisionโmaking.
Drive best practice in data quality, accuracy, and transparency across the organisation.
Skills & Experience
Strong accounting and financial reporting background before moving into systems/data positions.
Experience in data governance, financial systems, data control frameworks, and process improvement.
Proven ability to support and develop team members while managing competing priorities.
Demonstrated experience managing data or reporting projects, including Data Warehouse delivery.
Exposure to MS Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power BI is highly advantageous.
