Digital Media Specialist

We’re looking for someone who has lived inside Search Ads 360, optimised highโ€‘spend Shopping feeds, and managed performance targets where mistakes actually cost money.
This is a hands-on, high-pressure role owning multi-millionโ€‘dollar paid search and shopping activity across Australia and New Zealand. We’re looking for a Performance Media Specialist for a temporary opportunity for roughly 12 months in duration, you will be onsite 5 days a week in the CBD
What You’ll Own
  • End-to-end management of Paid Search + Google Shopping campaigns across ANZ using SA360 as your primary execution platform.
  • Day-to-day optimisation of large, complex account structures, including feed-driven Shopping setups and enterprise-level bidding strategies.
  • Management of multi-millionโ€‘dollar monthly budgets, ensuring efficient pacing, performance stability, and continuous revenue growth.
  • Development of advanced, automated bidding strategies within SA360 to deliver on ROAS and revenue targets.
  • Performance deep-dives: interpreting data, diagnosing issues, and delivering insights the business can act on immediately.
  • Close collaboration with ecommerce, trading, and analytics teams to ensure paid search and shopping activity matches commercial priorities.
  • Ownership of Merchant Centre, feed hygiene, product diagnostics, disapprovals, and performance troubleshooting.
  • Building and maintaining real-time dashboards (GMP, GA4, Looker) to track campaign performance.
What You Bring  
  • Hands-on Search Ads 360 experience managing large-scale campaigns.
  • Proven success running Google Shopping and feed-based campaigns in competitive verticals.
  • Solid understanding of the Google Marketing Platform ecosystem: SA360, GA4, CM360 (DV360 a bonus).
  • A track record of handling high spend, high-stakes SEM environments.
  • Strong analytical capability – you must be able to translate raw data into commercial decisions.
  • Clear communication skills – you’ll need to influence stakeholders who care deeply about performance outcomes.
