The opportunity

Focused on maximising vehicle and driver utilisation, you will coordinate scheduled services and on demand pickups. Reporting to an experienced Manager, you will dispatch drivers and suitable vehicles—including subcontractors—to meet service needs. You’ll manage real time changes, address delays, update customers, and act as the first contact for incidents, hazards, or near miss events, supporting the completion of required reports.

Selection criteria

• Proven experience within a fast paced / high volume Dispatch / Scheduling role
• Understanding of Brisbane suburbs and surrounding areas
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in operating transport dispatch programs advantageous
• Computer literate – MS Office Suite
• Proven problem solving, conflict resolution and time management experience
• Customer focused approach
