A Victorian Government agency is seeking a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Partner
to support the delivery of physical and psychological safety initiatives across the organisation. This role provides expert advice to leaders and employees and plays a key role in psychosocial risk management, wellbeing programs, WHS compliance and injury management in a demanding professional environment.
About you:
Strong experience in psychosocial risk assessment, wellbeing and injury management
Sound knowledge of WHS and OHS legislation and best‑practice safety systems
Experience partnering with leaders in complex or regulated environments
Experience working within Victorian State Government
is highly regarded
