The opportunity:
Reporting to the HR Manager and working closely with an experienced HR team, you will provide essential operational and administrative support across the full employee lifecycle. As the first point of contact for employees and managers, you’ll offer timely guidance on a broad range of HR matters. Your days will be varied, involving recruitment, onboarding, compliance, performance processes, and wider HR initiatives.
Selection criteria:
- Tertiary HR qualifications, supported by proven experience in a generalist HR administration or coordination role
- Hands-on experience across recruitment, selection, onboarding, and induction processes
- Solid capability in employment contract preparation and documentation
- Sound understanding of employment legislation and award interpretation
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Techโsavvy, proactive, and eager to learn and grow
