You’ll be joining a collaborative, tightโ€‘knit team that invests heavily in career development, fosters a supportive culture, and provides genuine pathways for progression. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Junior Account Manager to support a highโ€‘performing sales team. 
 
The Role  
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will provide proactive, detailโ€‘focused and serviceโ€‘driven support to Account Managers and customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, problemโ€‘solving, and administrative precision within the tech sector. 
You will: 
  • Support Account Managers on an ad hoc basis across a variety of customer activities 
  • Manage system updates, maintain accurate records, and process incoming customer requests 
  • Handle phoneโ€‘based enquiries and ask the right questions to qualify client needs 
  • Conduct research, prepare customerโ€‘ready Excel documentation, and assist with preโ€‘purchase administrative tasks 
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure smooth communication across internal stakeholders 
  • Think holistically to support Account Managers in recommending the right solutions 
  • Ensure all data entry, documentation, and customer updates are delivered accurately and on time 
     
About You  
To be considered for interview, you will ideally bring: 
  • Experience in customer service or sales support - retail (especially tech/hardware) is highly regarded 
  • A genuine interest in technology, particularly IT hardware, and an understanding of commonly sold products 
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy in data entry 
  • Strong organisational and timeโ€‘management skills 
  • Confidence in asking questions and qualifying customer needs 
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to think outside the box 
  • A positive, serviceโ€‘oriented approach when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
