The Role


The firm is seeking a Lawyer or Associate (1-5 years PAE) to join its Real Estate and Construction team, with a focus on the development side. The successful candidate will work closely with senior partners on a broad range of property and development matters, including:



  • Advising on property acquisition and disposal transactions

  • Acting on residential, mixed-use, commercial and industrial development projects

  • Drafting and negotiating development agreements, project delivery agreements and construction-related documentation

  • Managing major leasing transactions

  • Advising on off-the-plan sales, planning considerations and property-related finance

  • Supporting client relationships, contributing to business development and assisting with strategic legal advisory work



The role offers exposure to complex, high-value projects and a practice that integrates real estate, construction and planning expertise.



The Candidate


The firm is open to applicants from 1 to 5 years PAE, with developed skills in property, development and construction work. To be competitive for this role, the candidate should demonstrate:



  • Experience across a variety of property transactions, including commercial, residential and off-the-plan matters

  • Strong drafting, communication and client engagement capability

  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a team-driven environment

  • Curiosity about client industries and the broader development sector

  • A proactive mindset and a solutions-focused approach

  • The ability to build strong internal and external relationships
