The Role
You’ll provide high-level support to multiple Partners, with duties including:
- Managing all incoming correspondence
- File management and document control
- Drafting, reviewing, and preparing correspondence and legal documents
- Manipulating complex documents
- Diary and email management
- Organising meetings and coordinating travel
- Liaising with clients
- General accounts, reporting, and monthly billing
About You
To thrive in this fast-paced environment, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in the legal sector
- Initiative and the ability to work autonomously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional presentation and a personable attitude
- Excellent organisational skills
- Advanced MS Office proficiency
- Experience with time recording and billing systems such as Aderant or Affinity (highly desirable)
