The Role
Supporting a highly regarded Partner and the broader Restructuring and Insolvency team, this full-time position offers variety, responsibility and the opportunity to be an integral part of a high-performing practice.
Key responsibilities include
- Complex diary and travel management across multiple time zones
- Matter and file management
- Billing and monthly invoicing support
- Assisting with business development initiatives
- Providing general administrative support as needed
The Candidate
You will bring experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary, ideally within a commercial or litigation-based practice. Your strong billing skills and ability to manage competing priorities will ensure seamless day-to-day support for the Partner and team.

- Skilled in billing and financial processes
- Confident, professional and able to work in a fast-paced environment
