About the Firm:
A well‑established boutique law firm based on the Northern Beaches is seeking two experienced professionals to join their friendly and supportive property team. With a strong client base and a collaborative workplace culture, the firm offers a relaxed yet professional environment close to local cafés, transport, and the beach.

About the Roles:
The firm has two part‑time opportunities, both available on a temporary or temporary‑to‑permanent basis, commencing ASAP:
1. Licensed Conveyancer
You will manage a conveyancing file load from end‑to‑end, handling sales, purchases, transfers, and off‑the‑plan matters. You’ll work autonomously while collaborating closely with the broader property team.
2. Leasing Paralegal
You will support the commercial property practice, preparing and reviewing lease documents, coordinating negotiations, managing correspondence, and assisting with lease registrations and settlements.
Both roles operate three days per week, offering flexibility and the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.

Requirements for the Position:
To succeed in either role, you must have:
-Prior experience in conveyancing and/or commercial leasing (aligned with the role you are applying for)
-Strong practical experience with PEXA
-The ability to manage files confidently and work with minimal supervision
-Exceptional communication and client service skills
-High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
-Full Australian working rights
-Availability to commence immediately
