Marketing Manager

We’re partnering with a privately owned, high-performing commercial property group with a premium CBD portfolio and a strong reputation for asset performance and tenant experience. They’re seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead strategy, engagement and brand delivery across multiple commercial assets.
This is a hands-on, ideas-driven role where you’ll own the full marketing function – from strategic planning and leasing campaigns through to high-impact tenant events and digital performance.
 
The Opportunity
You’ll drive the marketing direction for a flagship commercial portfolio, working closely with senior leadership and property teams to elevate asset positioning, strengthen tenant relationships and support leasing outcomes.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver the 12-month marketing strategy aligned to asset business plans and leasing objectives
  • Lead building brand positioning, upgrade and vacancy marketing campaigns
  • Plan and execute tenant engagement initiatives, networking events and building activations
  • Manage all tenant communications including newsletters, building updates and event promotions
  • Oversee websites, property listings, EDMs and digital content
  • Coordinate marketing collateral, signage and building presentation standards
  • Track campaign performance, engagement metrics and provide recommendations
  • Manage marketing budgets
  • Partner closely with property, facilities, leasing teams and senior stakeholders
  • Prepare and deliver monthly marketing performance reports with clear insights and outcomes
 
About You
  • 7+ years’ experience in commercial property marketing
  • Proven success delivering tenant engagement initiatives and events
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and asset teams
  • A strong writer with exceptional attention to detail
  • Commercially minded with experience managing budgets and measuring campaign outcomes
  • Energetic, proactive and full of creative, out of the box ideas
  • Experience with property or marketing platforms (e.g. EDM systems, CRM tools, property management systems) will be highly regarded.
