We’re seeking a proactive and polished Office Assistant to join an established consulting firm on a 3โmonth temporary assignment. Working 5 hours per day across four days (Monday–Thursday), this role is perfect for someone who enjoys a peopleโfocused environment and enjoys keeping an office running smoothly.
About the Role
In this varied and handsโon position, you will be responsible for:
- Managing reception and welcoming visitors
- Coordinating and preparing meeting rooms
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Inbox and email management
- Travel coordination
- Processing expenses
- Assisting with events
- Contributing to proposals and reports (if you have prior experience)
