About the role: Office Manager/EA
This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of a busy office environment. You will manage essential administrative functions, supporting the team with diary management, travel bookings, and internal events. Your organisational skills will be crucial as the organisation transitions to a new office space, enhancing workplace efficiency and morale.
Key responsibilities
  • C-suite support
  • Manage office supplies and logistics
  • Set up meeting rooms and ensure readiness for events
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for staff
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support
  • Assist in the large project of relocating to a new office
Skills & experience
  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles
