Partnership & Client Growth Manager

A fast-growing, performance-led marketing agency is seeking a Partnership & Client Growth Manager to take ownership of revenue growth across both new partnerships and an existing client portfolio.

This is a highly commercial role for someone who enjoys sitting at the intersection of relationship management, revenue strategy, and business development. You will be responsible for retaining and expanding key client accounts while actively building partnerships that generate high-quality new business.

Working closely with internal delivery, analytics, and leadership teams, you will ensure clients clearly understand the value of their marketing investment, performance is optimised, and account value grows over time. The role offers genuine ownership, visibility, and direct impact on agency growth at.

What the role involves:
  • Managing and growing a portfolio of clients with a focus on retention and up-sell
  • Owning revenue conversations, budget negotiations, and account expansion
  • Identifying, developing, and converting strategic partnerships and qualified prospects
  • Running workshops, presentations, and seminars to drive engagement and pipeline growth
  • Acting as the key commercial link between clients and internal production teams
  • Identifying under-performance early and leading resolution with internal stakeholders

  • Proven experience in client growth, partnerships, or business development
  • Strong commercial acumen with confidence owning revenue targets and negotiations
  • Demonstrated success retaining and expanding client portfolios
  • Ability to translate marketing performance into clear, client-friendly insights
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, and delivery teams
  • Proactive, organised, and relationship-driven with high professional standards
