From driving attraction and retention strategies to supporting recruitment, performance, and workforce planning to strategic HR support, you will make a visible daily impact. Selection criteria
- Tertiary HR qualification with proven BP experience in a fast-paced evolving environment
- Demonstrated experience managing and supporting the full employee lifecycle
- Strong coaching and advisory skills for leaders.
- Proven recruitment, selection and workforce planning capability.
- Strong stakeholder relationships at all levels within an organisation
- Solutionsโfocused, techโsavvy and an excellent communicator.
- Government sector experience highly regarded.
