The Role
An established inner city property group is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager or Property Manager to join their Perth office on a full time basis.
This role oversees a well presented and stable residential portfolio and has arisen due to a planned retirement. You will receive a structured handover, allowing you to step into the role with confidence and support from day one.
You will be part of a collaborative, people focused team that operates with clear systems and processes in place.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a residential portfolio from end to end
- Advertising vacancies, conducting inspections, and placing tenants
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs through established processes
- Overseeing lease renewals and rental reviews
- Maintaining strong relationships with landlords through regular communication
- Responding to tenant enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Ensuring compliance with WA tenancy legislation and internal procedures
- Working closely with colleagues in a supportive team environment
About You
- Proven experience in residential property management
- Solid understanding of WA residential tenancy legislation
- Strong communication, organisation, and relationship building skills
- Comfortable managing landlord and tenant matters independently
- Confident using property management software and Microsoft Office
- Experience with inner city or metropolitan portfolios is advantageous
- Property Tree experience is beneficial but not essential
- A collaborative team member who values relationships and accountability
