about the client:
people2people Brisbane have partnered with a global manufacturing company who are currently seeking a Reception Allrounder to join their team for a 12 month period with scope for extension.
about the role:
Working a 37.5 hour work week with an early finish on Friday’s, this role will see the successful candidates working from their offices based in Eight Mile Plains responsible for:
- Managing the reception area
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Coordinating site access
- Coordinating couriers and receiving deliveries
- Mail responsibilities
- Ordering stationary and office supplies
- Maintaining the kitchens
- Coordinating site catering requirements
- Manage the boardroom
- Providing administrative support for internal teams across the business
selection criteria:
- Be well presented
- Have a great attitude
- Demonstrated experience in a reception role
- Possess a flexible and adaptable nature
- Display high levels of initiative
- Ability to drive internal and external communications
- Organised with strong time management skills
