About the Role

We are partnering with a   high-performing investment organisation who are seeking a polished, proactive, and highly organised   Receptionist to support day-to-day operations and provide administrative assistance to a busy investment-focused team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact and thrives in a dynamic, professional environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage reception duties including inbox monitoring, phone calls, visitor greeting, and meeting room preparation.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, maintain the central diary, and set up video conferencing.
  • Provide diary and travel support to the Australia-based Investment team.
  • Assist with scheduling client meetings alongside the Investor Relations team.
  • Maintain office and kitchen supplies, shared spaces, and coordinate internal staff events.
  • Oversee daily mail handling and arrange couriers (domestic & international).
  • Support EAs in Sydney and Singapore with general administrative tasks.

Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in reception, team assistant, or office administration roles.
  • Strong initiative with the ability to work proactively and independently.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Highly reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency with video conferencing softwares (e.g. Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex).
