In this position, you’ll be supporting an experienced, high-performing Principal Consultant who has strong client relationships and a steady flow of live roles coming in every single day.
Your day-to-day will include
- Sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for vacant jobs
- Coordinating interviews, references, and offers
- Supporting the full end-to-end recruitment process – essentially filling jobs!
- With no business development insight!
You will ideally have
- Some recruitment experience (agency or internal)
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Enjoy collaboration and getting things done – quickly and accurately
- Energy and drive!
- You don’t need to love sales. You just need to enjoy recruitment.
