Across Aotearoa, this healthcare organisation delivers essential disability, community, and inโservice care, including Support Workers, Nurses, and other frontline roles that enable people to live well with the support they need. To maintain continuity and quality across these services, they rely on having the right people in place throughout their nationwide network.
In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of 20–30 vacancies on their behalf. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand the unique requirements of each service, ensuring your recruitment is informed, targeted, and grounded in strong partnerships, never done in isolation.

- Managing the endโtoโend recruitment process (attraction, sourcing, screening, onboarding)
- Running targeted attraction campaigns and using internal escalation channels
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers across nationwide disability services
- Staying factual and calm in fastโmoving or challenging situations
- Contributing to a highly supportive 8โperson recruitment team with buddying, crossโutilisation and weekly training
You’ll work closely with services across:
Residential Disability, Community Support, Whฤnau Support, Intensive/Complex Support and Correctionsโaligned programmes.
