Our client, Samsung Electronics Australia, is seeking a collaborative and driven Retail Consultant
to join their team! In this position, you will act as concierge and process sales interactions, providing advice and demonstration of display products. You will also deliver troubleshooting and technical advice, providing onsite solutions to customers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Act as concierge and in queue management.
Provide advice and demonstration of display products.
Process sales interactions in store or via online portal.
Deliver troubleshooting and technical advice.
Assist with product collection and new device set up.
Complete repair bookings for faulty products.
Provide onsite solutions based on company policy.
Escalate out of scope decision-making internally appropriately.
Translate customer concerns clearly and concisely from verbal to written format.
About You:
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect with a range of individuals.
Highly motivated with strong organisational and priority management skills.
Problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
Customer service experience within electronic retail enviornments.
