You’ll work 9:00am to 5:00pm, with the flexibility of one day per week from home, supporting both professional growth and personal wellbeing. The firm offers an on-site gym with membership included and the opportunity to train alongside colleagues. The culture is supportive and structured, featuring regular team-building events, retreats, dedicated culture days, and additional study leave to assist with CA or CPA completion.
In this role, you will support your Manager in day-to-day accounting for a portfolio of 50–60 clients, reviewing and preparing financial statements, tax returns, BAS/IAS, and ensuring compliance. You’ll oversee junior and offshore teams, attend client meetings, handle complex queries, and contribute to process improvements while keeping up to date with accounting and regulatory developments.
To be successful, you will have CA or CPA qualification (or near completion), previous experience in a chartered accounting firm, and a commercial mindset.
