People2people is delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded public practice accounting firm to recruit a Senior Administrator / PA for their highโperforming team. The opportunity
Reporting directly to the Partner, this role provides highโlevel executive and practice administration support within a busy, fastโpaced firm. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless Partner support, exceptional client service, efficient billing processes, and accurate client file administration and coordination. The position also encompasses proactive diary management, communication support, event coordination, and a variety of additional administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the practice.
Selection criteria
- Relevant admin / business qualification / proven exp within a similar role
- Accounting firm experience is essential
- Highly advanced communication / interpersonal skills
- Client centric approach
- Strong time management, organisational and prioritisation skills
- Computer literacy – MS Office Suite essential and knowledge of CAS360
