Due to growth, this role has evolved into a Senior Account Manager position, ideal for someone who brings deep experience across construction, building materials, home appliances, or wholesale/retail, and who wants to truly own their portfolio, drive strategy, and elevate brand presence.
You’ll manage and grow a diverse set of accounts, including retailers, builders, architects, and showrooms, with the autonomy to shape the territory, activate call cycles, and proactively identify commercial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts in VIC
  • Take ownership of structured call cycles and proactively activate your pipeline.
  • Champion the brand! promote products in store, enhance displays, and ensure strong brand representation.
  • Generate quotes, raise invoices, and follow through on sales activity endโ€‘toโ€‘end.
  • Conduct regular client visits, product presentations, and tailored training sessions.
  • Drive new business opportunities while maximising value within existing relationships.
  • Strengthen relationships with retailers, decisionโ€‘makers, and trade partners.
  • Collaborate confidently with internal teams (sales, marketing, customer service, logistics).
  • Represent the company at trade events, showroom visits, and industry functions.
About You
  • Proven experience in B2B account management or sales.
  • Background in construction, building materials, appliances, or wholesale/retail.
  • A strong brand ambassador - someone who takes pride in the products they represent.
  • Proactive, commercially minded, and confident making decisions independently.
  • Comfortable asking questions, collaborating with teams, and driving your own success.
  • Highly organised, structured, and effective at running call cycles.
  • Able to build deep, genuine relationships across all levels.
