This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping organisational capability, culture and leadership effectiveness at a senior level. As the Senior Organisational Development Partner, you will work in close collaboration with executive leaders to develop and embed people and culture initiatives that support both immediate business priorities and longer-term strategic outcomes. You will lead the delivery of key organisational development programs, including leadership and capability frameworks, while supporting leaders to build clarity, accountability and a performance-driven, coaching-led environment.

What you’ll do:
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive leaders, influencing and guiding enterprise-wide people and culture initiatives aligned to organisational strategy and future capability needs.
• Develop and implement organisational development programs that enhance leadership capability, talent practices and cultural maturity across the business.
• Deliver targeted development interventions for leaders, teams and individuals, including the end-to-end management of employee listening and survey activities, with insights translated into practical improvement actions.
• Embed OD initiatives that are aligned with organisational priorities, values and governance requirements, contributing to measurable business outcomes.

What we’re looking for:
• Extensive experience leading organisational development initiatives, including leadership development, culture change and performance improvement frameworks.

• Demonstrated capability using diagnostic tools and data to inform OD solutions, supported by sound project and change management experience.
