As they continue to grow and strengthen their national operations, they are seeking a Service & Warranty Administrator to join the team. This role will work closely with Service, Parts, and Sales teams across Australia to support seamless service delivery and uphold the company’s commitment to excellence.
Opportunity
Reporting to the National Service Warranty Administrator, you will manage key administrative tasks, including processing job cards, prioritising equipment builds, coordinating warranties and workshop servicing, managing cash payments, issuing invoices, and updating system records. You will also work closely with sales admin, parts teams, workshop supervisors, service coordinators, clients, and contractors.
Selection criteria:
- Proven admin gained with service / after sales / parts experience advantageous
- Highly developed communication (verbal / written / interpersonal skills
- Computer literate – MS Office Suite with ERP experience advantageous
- Strong time management and prioritization experience
- Experience in construction, heavy equipment or related industries advantageous
- High attention to detail and quality driven
