The organisation
People2people are currently partnering with a global market leader who is internationally recognised and respected for their innovative and quality products that they manufacture and supply to the Australian market. Specialising in OEM products they have a focus on growth and are building teams to drive and achieve the vision.
The opportunity
Reporting directly into the National Sales Manager, this external B2B and OEM sales role will be responsible for continued management of new and existing clientele. Having accountability for QLD, you will be out on the road calling on and growing existing clients but with a strong focus identifying new opportunities and building the sales funnel. You will be interacting with Business Owners, Workshop Managers, & Supply Managers building relationships, conducting sales presentations, and influencing business outcomes.
Selection criteria
- Proven external B2B sales experience – preferably from the OEM / automotive / tyre / workshop / mechanical equipment industries
- Established network within QLD distributor / contractors’ space with proven stakeholder skills / experience
- Experience in identifying and building a sales strategy and sales funnels
- Driver of outcomes and results – proven history in achieving / exceeding budgets / KPI
- Valid QLD drivers’ licence with the ability to travel (local and interstate)
