You’ll travel across Victoria, spending most days on the road visiting workshops, dealerships, and automotive customers.

About the Role
As a Service Technician, you’ll provide onsite servicing, installation, repairs, and technical support for tyre/wheel service equipment and related workshop machinery.
You’ll travel across Victoria, spending most days on the road visiting workshops, dealerships, and automotive customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Servicing, installing, and repairing tyre/wheel equipment and vehicle hoists
- Troubleshooting faults and performing diagnostic assessments
- Supporting customers with product use, safety, and maintenance
- Completing service reports, warranty documentation, and installation records
- Educating clients and supporting sales with technical insights
- Providing phone support and assisting with customer inquiries when required
- Working safely and professionally in all customer environments
- Experience with tyre/wheel service equipment OR hoists OR automotive workshop equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic ability
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- A valid driver’s licence
- Experience with systems like SimPro is a bonus, but not essential
- $80K salary + superannuation
- Company van + fuel card + iPad provided
- 1% commission on sales you influence
- Paid day off on your birthday
- Company paid Thursday lunch
- Overtime paid when weekend work is required by a customer
- Work alongside other Melbourne technicians and a supportive national technical team
