A commercial law firm in Perth is seeking a Solicitor
to join their team working across Governance, Regulatory, IP, Sales and Purchase.
The Role
- Support the delivery of high-quality legal services by managing allocated matters and tasks under supervision
- Develop legal judgement, client management skills and professional confidence
- Engage directly with clients, providing assistance and maintaining strong relationships
- Conduct legal research to support casework and advise senior lawyers
- Draft legal documents, correspondence and other matter-related materials
- Assist with the day-to-day management of matters within defined guidelines
- Ensure all work is completed in line with the firm’s values, processes and professional obligations
The Candidate
- Qualified WA Solicitor
- Experience with legal research and drafting of legal documents or correspondence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and colleagues
- Good organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work within defined guidelines
- Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services in line with the firm’s values, processes and professional obligations
