The team is dedicated to making a positive impact on the agriculture industry, and we are looking for a dynamic Technical Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the agriculture sector
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers, helping them understand and effectively use products and solutions
- Excellent written and verbal skills at all levels
- Provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts in accordance with corporate planning schedules
- Work cross functionally with technical and sales teams supporting the innovation pipeline through voice of the customer efforts ensuring excellence in product launches.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in agricultural sales, through OEMs and distribution
- Experience with agricultural sprayers, hydraulics and precision electronics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets
- Willingness to travel across Australia and New Zealand as needed.
