We’re partnering with a growing Sydney‑based business to recruit an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Team Supervisor. This is a hands‑on leadership role overseeing daily warehouse operations, freight coordination, and a small, capable team. If you enjoy ownership, pace, and improving processes, this role will suit you.
Key responsibilities:
Lead day‑to‑day warehouse activities
Manage receiving, picking, packing, dispatch and stock accuracy
Coordinate carriers (including Australia Post) and resolve freight issues
Maintain import/export documentation and compliance
Drive safety, process improvement and warehouse KPIs
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in warehouse/logistics roles
Strong communication and team leadership
Confident with inventory systems and shipping software
Able to work independently in a fast‑moving environment
