My client is looking for a handsโon logistics supervisor to run all inbound operations for a multiโclient warehouse. You’ll own the daily flow of deliveries, lead contractors and staff, and keep KPI performance sharp.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and oversee all inbound deliveries
Supervise unloading, receipting and putโaway
Manage containerโunloading contractors and labour hours
Process returns and reworked stock
Maintain pallet controls and book pallet movements
Report on inbound KPIs
Coordinate closely with Customer Service, Pick/Pack and Dispatch
Train new team members
Ensure strict WHS compliance
What we’re looking for:
Previous expereicne working in a Multi-Client/ 3PL Warehouse essential
Strong communication and accountability
Understanding of warehousing/logistics operations
Solid problemโsolving and timeโmanagement skills
Customerโfocused approach and ability to shift priorities quickly
